The aim of Universal Knowledge LTD is to give a free run of a complex technologic system to the SCHOOL or to the EMPLOYER, with the help of which a well functioning, continuously measured real varied training can be introduced. It’s concept lies by three pillars. The first pillar is a knowledge management created according to (Cognitive Synthesis), called CS. The second is an eLearning framework called QF (Question First). And last but not least the third is the liberation of the TEACHER. |

It’s a 3-dimension knowledge management. The method for the digitalization of specialized books and traditional curricula developed by Tibor and Katalin Ritz. With the help of it the digitized writing’s useful statements can be writable into a 2-dimension database according to practical skills and the effective communication process. With this system the creators of that method introduced a new and missed term into pedagogy, namely the unit of knowledge, which is a useful statement from the view of know-how. The third dimension is a test database consisting of questions made according to the sensory/learning process and the possible answers examining the skill level.

It’s an eLearning framework invested with artificial intelligence, which is built on tests and where the learning process is converse. So the system in every case, firstly ask and then shows only those details, which were proven that the student doesn’t know them. The question database, clarified according to the requirements by the system, ask all of the questions in a given order for the student. If the student says a wrong answer, then the system asks them again until he/she knows them well. Due to this system the program – as a generative evaluation – measures the input knowledge and the learning skills of the student. The showed details of the curriculum are not big enough to urge the student for printing ant they are easy of attainment. It’s an environmentally sound note management. The matter of this new distance-education is that the student does tests, which were made up before by the system according to a requirement system determined by the employer or the institution. Due to the tests’ results the system automatically creates and shows the personal curriculum. The student can learn the curriculum between two tests then he/she can do it again. A course contains at least three tests and works for a month. The maximum is twelve months daily with average thirty-one tests.

liberation of the TEACHER |

In mixed training the computer science system of Universal Knowledge takes over all the administration and institutional commitments from the teacher, which can set back his/her pedagogic/andragogic unfolding or can even worsen the fame of him/her in the eyes of the students. The continuously developing system with appropriate content carries out the taken over exercises according to the age, precisely and consistently, but it considers the skills of the students. The statistics of that process show well-structured and exact review about where is the student in the possession of the knowledge. Due to this the main achievement of the application of the system is, that the teacher will get next to the student behind the symbolic revetment, and they will become comrades. This is the real approach-change, because the coalition, which grew up spontaneously between the teacher and the student, means a new and determining tool in the pedagogic process. As a result the student group and the individuals will be able to do to the ‘ruthless’ and unaffectable requirements of the testing system. The system in turn takes upon itself all the unpleasantnesses, which arise from the subjectivity of the evaluation of the students’ knowledge. According to that both within the student group and the teacher student cooperation can step on a higher level and can grow up a not geek, but real student rivalry, which basically derives from the unquestionable objectivity of the system. |
