“Learning for a lifetime” sounds good but how can we make it?
What kinds of tools are needed for someone’s continuing professional education to be comfort, available, affordable and effective?
We are going to answer for the following questions now.
Our main purpose is the creation, actuation and development of a market-based technological-scientific and humane resources network. It is going to be created on the basis of the guidelines, which were accepted by the EU in Lund (Sweden) in 2001 and with the help of an infrastructure available in the internet, called Cognitive Synthesis, developed by UniversalKnowledge LTD. With the help of this infrastructure may grow up a standardized note-management, distant-educational, assessment for learning, and e-interrogational system within a short space of time, which could be maintained for long term.
It is going to be uniform on reference to World, but will also consider the regional and organizational features, available for everyone in the World’s most used languages, consist of modules and skill-based.
Other advantage is – mainly thank to the structural method of training program, applied during the digitalisation, which not urge the student for printing - to reduce of use of paper as a knowledge holder. According to this one of the main points of the system is that the expenses will not be greater than before and with the automatisation other unwanted works and the expenses could be reduced.
